Only 12% of the entire Kenton Eco Estate will be developed, animals include: oribi, impala, duiker, bushbuck, grysbuck, tortoise, gardens are to be exclusively indigenous and homeowners are encouraged to plant trees etc. common areas are also undergoing re-planting of indigenous trees. the estate boasts 70ha of dune forest and 160 ha of dense coastal forest which is all protected nature conserve. No perimeter walls surrounding individual homes allows for free movement of animals.
